John Eklund, state Reps. Cliff Rosenberger, Ron Young, Nan Baker, John Adams, Jim Butler, and Rick Perales, Concord Township Trustee Chris Galloway, North Perry Village Councilman Dick Shreve, Eastlake Councilwoman Cindy Quinn-Hopkins, Mentor-on-the-Lake Council President Troy Elam, Mentor-on-the-Lake Councilman Preston Wolk, Painesville Township Trustee Josh Pennock, Painesville Township Trustee Chuck Hiller, Wickliffe Councilman Matt Jaworski, Willoughby Hills Councilman Dave Fiebig, Willoughby Hills Councilman John Plecnik, former state Rep.
